September Highlight: Beer & Song

When you arrive at the event, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of award-winning beers. We will kick things off with the beer tasting, lasting for a couple of hours. Our expert beer sommeliers will be on hand to guide you through the tasting experience at dedicated tables in each pub, where you can savour and learn about a variety of exceptional beers.

About an hour after the tasting begins, the live music will start, setting the perfect atmosphere for you to enjoy the evening. Paul & Attila will take the stage, blending their vibrant tunes with the lively ambiance of the pub.

The Loch Ness Brewing Company, created adjacent to the shores of the mysterious stretch of water and home to the world’s most infamous monster – “Nessie”, invites you to explore its exceptional brews. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Darkness

A full flavoursome stout, with chocolate malt & roast barley combining beautifully with clear Highland Water. A creamy head with aromas of coffee & sweet chocolate, leading to hints of espresso & luxurious black cherry.

Hoppyness

A full on USA hop explosion, with Columbus, Crystal and Citra combining beautifully with clear Highland Water. Hints of bright gold, with pine & citrus aromas & flavours, balanced by a malty sweetness.

Lochness

Light golden in colour with a high proportion of wheat giving the beer a clean fresh taste. Clear Highland Water and the mash blends with the perle hops & elderflower providing a bouquet of fruit & citrus flavours.

Saaziness

A crisp, clean lager with Saaz & pilsner hops combining beautifully with clear Highland Water. Clear golden in colour, with hints of corn and lemon zest on the nose, followed by a classic lager bitterness.

Wilderness

A deep, dark ale, with wheat, amber & chocolate malts combining beautifully with clear Highland Water. Chestnut in colour, with toasted malt & berry aromas which give way to full fruit flavours & a bittersweet aftertaste.
